1. Multiple Functions
KINGDOM’s Q35Y/ Q35YS series industrial-grade hydraulic ironworker featuring multiple functions, including: round hole, square hole, oblong hole punching; steelplate, flat bar, angle steel, C-channel, H-beam punching; steel plate bending; angle steel shearing, notching and bending; flat, round, square bar, C-channel, I-beam, T-bar shearing/cutting; angle bending and pipe notching.

2. Superior Standard
The machine comes standard with: quick-change coupling nut & sleeve, squaring arm with scale,
electronic back gauge, gauging table with stops, punching base table, safety guards and more.
It’s the first choice for metal processing of modern manufacturing industries (such as the metallurgy, bridge, and communication, electric power, military and other industries).

3.Design Strength

4.Q35Y Series
Q35Y series is a quite advanced version compared with standard Q35Y series. Q35Y series hydraulic ironworker has larger power motors and special pumps, so punching position and shearing position can work synchronously.

Punching

Full range of universal punches and dies are available. Unique style allows for large angle iron punching and large channel punching.

Large viewing window on stripper swing away design for ease of operation. Large two-piece gauging table with rulers and stop as standard fittings. Quick change coupling nut and sleeve for rapid replacement.

Shearing

Round and square bar shear has multiple holes for a variety of sizes. Adjustable hold-down device for round/ square bar, channel/ beam cutting. Large strong guarding or max safety.

The angle shear has the ability to cut angle at 45 degrees. Both top and bottom leg. This gives the operator the ability to make a picture frame corner for perfect welds. Diamond-shaped blade for quality cuts that are minimal material lost and deformity.

Notching

Unique design allows for cutting of angle and flat bar. Electrical interlock safety guard and three gauging stops for precise positioning.

Notching is a metal-cutting process used on sheet metals or thin barstock, sometimes on angle sections or tube.

  1. A set of square and round bar blades will be installed in the machine.
  2. Also if you have to shear channel steal or l-beam steal please inform me the size.
  3. For other blade, you have to order and pay additionally.

  1. The Notching Blade will be installed in the machine.
